Inspection Report

I have developed a unique inspection checklist that I use this during the inspection. Every house is efficiently inspected in the same thorough and organized manner. As I proceed thoroughout the house I check each item on the list. When every blank is filled I'm through!

After the inspection the checklist is used to enter the information into my HomeGauge software. The report will be a PDF file of about 20 pages that I email to you and the realtor next business day. My notes will be entered in blue type, and the report will include pictures with arrows pointing to items of interest.
